The acceptance of Viyo Recuperation is very high and is proven in palatability tests, even on sick animals. We rarely see a preference in the way of providing it to the animal: pure, in drinking water or as topping over food. Always try one or the other administration methods in case of refusal. With cats, the product should not be served too cold. The best way to serve Viyo Recuperation is at room temperature. Secondly it is important to know that some cats need to get used to the product. It can sometimes be important to offer it for a maximum of 3 consecutive days so the cat can get used to the product. Last but not least, some dogs might refuse the product simply because they just don’t recognize the smell. In this case, just use a syringe or your finger to put some product in the dog´s mouth and he/she will start to eat it.
